Sarah Stead

Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist and C-Section Recovery Specialist located in Kitchener, Ontario.

Inspired by her sister’s Cesarean Birth, recovery, and VBAC, Sarah has spent the latter part of her career specializing in Scar Tissue Release, with a focus on Cesarean scars. She is passionate about helping mothers with their Cesarean birth recovery and is especially motivated to support those that have experienced birth trauma or felt abandoned by the medical system. She is a fierce advocate for supporting VBACs (vaginal birth after Cesarean) and helping mothers understand their birth rights. 

While not a mother herself (yet!), Sarah is passionate about all things babies and birth, and is a loving and devoted aunt to six nieces and nephews. She views the role of motherhood as the most important job in the world, which is why she takes such pride in helping moms to feel and function at their best!
