THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10 — Arrival & Welcome

4:00pm Check-in opens at Mount Alverno

5:00–9:00pm Welcome Reception The evening that sets the intention for everything that follows. Live music by Winsome Kind — a wholesome family band that embodies this movement. Welcome drinks courtesy of Ripe Juicery. Grazing plates. The room coming together for the first time.

The Beacons - Those that get in before May 31st meet intimately in a private gathering with speakers.

This is the beginning of creating connection, relationships and grounding into the days to come.

Friday 7am Morning movement to open the body before the mind follows. Heart coherence practice to ground the day. Renowned speakers. Table work. Deep conversation. Breakfast and lunch shared together. The Mothertelling — four mothers, over two days. Ten minutes each. Stories that will crack something open.

Friday Evening Gathering 7-10pm — Dance Alchemy with Brooke Yantzi, to move our bodies and shake things up! High energy to network, mingle and connect with eachother and local aligned businesses. Food provided as we continue to build a stronger community.

Saturday 7am Morning movement to begin again. More speakers. More table work. More of the conversations you've needed. Fathers' sessions with Jake Apogee and Simon Esler. Meals together.

Saturday Evening — 7-9pm the first and only Canadian screening of Allowed to Birth — followed by a live conversation with the speaker. The emotional heart of the weekend. Food provided during viewing.

Throughout the weekend: A curated swag bag from trusted aligned brands. Door prizes. This event is not just about acquiring knowledge. It’s moving it from your head into your heart. Realizing you’re not alone, and there is a strong, supportive community walking this path with you.
